Personal Training

At Inner Evolution Fitness, we focus on our clients’ individual needs. We offer our full focus and knowledge of health and fitness to each of our clients. With our personal training model, every workout will be personally designed to meet your specific needs. Whether your goals are to run your first obstacle race, improve your general health, or to have a body you love when you look in the mirror, we can develop a plan to meet your needs — even as those needs evolve over time. We want to help you reach your goals both in the short term and in the long term.

We offer the following training formats:

One-on-one personal training: You will meet with an experienced trainer

for an initial consultation to discuss your health and fitness goals. We’ll complete a thorough screening to determine your strengths and weaknesses so we can plan your individualized workouts. Workouts generally range from 45 to 60 minutes and begin with on a warm up and your personalized corrective exercises. We then move into the main workout, a cool-down period, and a short feedback discussion.
