I advocate for an individually designed Ancestral Paleo lifestyle. The traditional Paleo diet isn’t for everyone — to get the best results we will work to figure out what works best for you.

Paleo it is a lifestyle based off of how people ate during the Paleolithic era. The foundation of this diet is eating a great deal of vegetables, naturally raised meats, seafood, nuts, healthy fats, and some fruits — with a strong avoidance of dairy, grains, sugars, legumes, processed foods, and alcohol. I’m a huge advocate of the paleo lifestyle due to the strong science showing the health benefits, the high focus on natural, nutrient dense foods, and the leading experts’ approaches on health.
