Personal Training
There are so many options for Personal Training in Denver that we strive to stand out by putting you first. At Inner Evolution Fitness, we focus on our clients’ individual needs no matter what. We offer our full focus and knowledge of health and fitness to each of our clients. With our training model, every workout will be personally designed to meet your specific needs. Whether your goals are to improve your general health, to have a body you love when you look in the mirror, or to run your first obstacle race, we can develop a plan to meet your needs — even as those needs evolve over time. We want to help you reach your goals both in the short term and in the long term
One-on-One Personal Training
You will meet with an experienced trainer for an initial consultation to discuss your health and fitness goals. We’ll complete a thorough screening to determine your strengths and weaknesses so we can plan your individualized workouts. Workouts generally range from 45 to 60 minutes and begin with a warm-up and your personalized corrective exercises. We then move into the main workout, a cool-down period, and a short feedback discussion.
Group Training
A community of like-minded people that are taking control of their lives all come together to have fun while getting fit. With individual programs for each person and a motivating environment, you will supercharge your goals and get the dreams you are reaching for. Group training is a very common form of exercise in Denver for a good reason.
Pain Reduction/Re-Hab
Regardless of whether you choose individual training or group training, your educated trainer will meet with you one-on-one for a screening that will assess your body’s pain points and needs. If you suffer from knee pain, back pain, foot pain, or any other type of pain, you’ll receive corrective exercises to complete during your warm ups and at home. We never want pain to be a reason for someone not to be physically active, so we don’t let it be. Pain Reduction and Re-Hab in fitness is a great method to living your life the way you want!
Obstacle Course Racing
Have you always wanted to complete a Spartan Race, a Tough Mudder, a Rugged Maniac, or another obstacle race? Have you completed one or more races and want to improve your time and performance? We specifically have experience with obstacle races and know what kind of training you need to reach your goals in this sphere.
