Fitness

Once we identify your specific needs and goals, it’s time to get to work. Our workouts are designed to produce the most results in the least amount of time. Warm-up and cool-down are just as important as the meat of each workout. Workouts are centered around high-intensity interval training (HIIT), which is designed to produce fat loss, muscle gain, and hormone optimization. We also focus on utilizing specific exercises that aren’t highly technical so you are limited to good form and solid results in your workouts. We design the workout your own intensity level and exercise experience to keep you safe yet challenged.

 

Injury Prevention

We specialize in corrective exercises designed by some of the best physical therapists to help you become mobile and eliminate pain. Through an extensive screening process, we identify the movements that cause trouble and design our workouts to improve them. Whether you’re a regular Joe or Jane wanting to improve flexibility or a top-level athlete wanting to increase mobility for improved performance, our proven methods have you covered.

We employ FMS corrective exercises designed by a team of leading physical therapists, personal trainers, and athletic trainers. These methods have been proven effective for more than 20 years and are used by top-ranking professionals, such as the Indianapolis Colts and USA Gymnastics, to help identify potential problems and resolve them. The FMS system is used not only by athletes but it is also used in gyms and clinical practices to help all types of clients.

 

Nutrition

It’s so hard to eat right in a world built around convenience, highly palatable foods, and inexpensive production. Is coconut oil truly bad for you? Need to know what types of healthy snacks you should keep around the office? Want to discuss where you can eat out if you want to avoid inflammatory foods? Your trainer is highly educated about all things ancestral health, paleo, keto, and clean eating. Moreover, your workout session is the perfect time to chat about nutrition and lifestyle.

Mark Foley

Few personal trainers know how to help others achieve health goals like Mark Foley. As a trainer for over 1,000 clients, Mark has helped clients lose over 60 lbs., eliminate joint pain, race Ironmans, and, most importantly, become healthy. He will help you create a blueprint for the life you want to live and guide you along the way.  Now, he's ready to teach you.
