At Inner Evolution Fitness, we focus on our clients’ individual needs no matter what. We offer our full focus and knowledge of health and fitness to each of our clients. With our personal training model, every workout will be personally designed to meet your specific needs. Whether your goals are to run your first obstacle race, improve your general health, or to have a body you love when you look in the mirror, we can develop a plan to meet your needs — even as those needs evolve over time. We want to help you reach your goals both in the short term and in the long term.
We offer the following training formats:
One-on-One Personal Training
You will meet with an experienced trainer for an initial consultation to discuss your health and fitness goals. We’ll complete a thorough screening to determine your strengths and weaknesses so we can plan your individualized workouts. Workouts generally range from 45 to 60 minutes and begin with on a warm up and your personalized corrective exercises. We then move into the main workout, a cool-down period, and a short feedback discussion.
One-on-Two Personal Training
The same benefits of one-on-one training, but with a close friend or family member. This will help keep the workouts motivating, fun, and fast paced. To get the results you want, you need to have a support system and accountability. Your partner and your trainer will give you the keys to succeed just by keeping you honest.
Group Training
A community of like-minded people that are taking control of their lives all come together to have fun while getting fit. With individual programs for each person and a motivated environment, you will super charge your goals and get the dreams you are reaching for. Group training is a very common form of exercise in Greenwood Village for a good reason.
