Self Isolation Workouts

Self Isolation Workout, Denver Personal Training

You’re in self isolation also? With everything happening around the world right now it is hard to stay calm, especially while being in self isolation. I am starting a series to help myself and everyone out there to stay fit while limited on equipment and space. Being trapped inside can make one pretty stir crazy, so these self isolation workouts are here to help out where they can.

Keep up to date on real news by going to the CDC website and to not over saturate yourself with media.

I also suggest trying to stay positive and find a healthy verbal outlet. Friends, family, and even coworker are sometimes people that want to help and listen, offer a helping hand through crappy situations. Though sometimes a professional is needed, if so I would recommend my counselors. I have worked extensively with both and can’t speak higher of them.

Good luck and stay evolved.
